I’m a Cardinals fan but my book maker has Atlanta -1

Unfortunately I think Atlanta is gonna smoke the Cardinals so I’m dropped $300 on the Falcons for the win…..

Will I be $300 richer and what should I buy with my new found wealth?
Im not too upset for losing my cash….. Im actually happy the Cards won. I was surprised!

I made half the money back on the Fiesta Bowl game….. so Im straight.

The Cardinals might win the game. They have a veteran QB against a rookie QB, although a very good rookie QB, in his first playoff game…and the game is in AZ. I have AZ winning this week, but losing their next game.

The Falcons will be clipped by the Cardinals this weekend. You just dropped $300 to charity instead. In Warner you have a hall of fame material QB that was second in passing yards this years to only Drew Brees. This game will go down as a passing match-up with the ground game getting stuffed on both sides of the ball. Cardinals win this one. They want it more since the last time they were in a play off game was 1947. They will fight their way to a second round game this weekend.

You should put your money back up. Atlanta is gonna lose big.

Definitely. If I was allowed to, I would bet everything on that one game.

Falcons should win if they run the ball effectively. My pick is Falcons 27 Cardinals 20.

Both are new to the playoff picture, i’d expect some game time jitters from both teams. Warner is about the only one to have been in a superbowl. The public is now pounding the Falcons to the tune of 84%. i’ll fade the public and go with the birds from Arizona. Arizona has beaten up the western division opponents, but has a losing record against teams from the east. The Cards looked like a typical West Coast team since clinching their first division title since 1975. But they may have gotten their confidence back after beating Seattle, 34-21 at home on Sunday.

Ryan has played well, but he’s a rookie on the road in the playoffs. In the last 3 weeks Ryan has averaged 167 yrds per game, 2 TDs, 4 INTs, 3 fumbles, and sacked 4 times. Altho they won those games, it does not bode well for momentum into the playoffs. The pass-crazy Warner may have caught a break drawing the Falcons instead of Carolina, a more physical team. I’ve changed my prediction on this game 4 times in the last two days and may change again come game time, but for now i’ll go with the west coast team.. (Note: don’t put this game on a parley, it could go either way, but for now…. I bought at Cardinals +2.5, but now the line has moved to +1-+1.5; but with the public on the Falcons, that tells me the line movement from +3 to +1 wants more money on Atlanta. That tells me to go with the wiseguys:

PREDICTION: CARDINALS with the points….over 50, score Cardinals 30-Falcons 24, the wiseguys from Vegas will appreciate your $300 donation.

Jitters? nope. That game was amazing. I went and the electricity filled the air, the Flacons were outplayed for most of the game, something I have rarely seen as a Cardinals fan haha. They kept putting up saying of journalists and other players quotes about how lucky Atlanta was to have to play the Cardinals yesterday, it was like a movie. But this is gonna be a cakewalk compared to when/if we play the Panthers…we havent won any games on the East coast. And 3 of the 5 have been SLAUGHTERS. panthers were the only ones to beat us by 3 however, so keep your fingers crossed.
-And how dare you bet against your own team tisk tisk haha.

I would take your -$300 and go root for another team because you obviously aren’t a true fan. Falcons got ripped tonight and you lost your money. So much for the Cardinals getting destroyed. Try not to cry too hard over the lost cash!
