don’t expect Vick to play a single down this season, but with the distraction he has now placed on his teammates, how will they handle it? How will this effect their season? Is Atlanta now going to be the worst team in the NFL this year?

With the second pick in the 2008 NFL Draft, the Atlanta Falcons select Brian Brohm, Quarterback, University of Louisville

atlanta is a team of cycles. they missed the post-season the last two years - they will probablby make it this year - especially in the NFC

Well, considering the fact that they won’t have Mike Vick at quarterback, they will probably be better than they have been the last 5 seasons.

Horrible. They’ll have a top 5 pick this year.

Atlanta only won 7 games last year. Put the dog incident aside, Vick isn’t a good QB. The only reason he is popular is because of the flashy style of football he plays, but that flashy style does nothing but puts his team at a disadvantage because he is always hurt.

The Falcons will end the season the same way they would if Vick is there or not. Another sub .500 season.

Wouldn’t it be sort of funny if Joey Harrington revived his career and was comeback player of the year thanks to Michael Vick?

their going to win 5 games the most Michael Vick is over rated and the media is going to have a field day with all of the stuff that’s going on with the Falcons so the coaching staff is going to colapse

Dang, that’s hard to say. The falcons were not prepared to go shopping for a new quarterback at this late juncture.

As much as I hate Michael Vick for his actions, and although the last 2 seasons have been very disappointing considering the wins/losses, I still have to admit that I enjoyed watching because of Michael Vick. The rest of my family (males) always said he was crap and was the most over rated quarterback in the league. They are certainly more attuned to the nuances of football than I am, but hey, I defended him because I loved to watch him turn a dead play into a gain.( I had to admit though, he sucked when it came to passing.) I think he would have been suited better to another position other than quarterback.

Even with that said, I am with you, I hope he never touches another football in a Falcon jersey.

The worse team in the NFL? Well, Vick the **** really wasn’t the WHOLE team. Warrick Dunn, Alge Crumpler, and deangelo hall have not been able to live up to their potential with the Michael Vick style of quarterbacking. Maybe they’ll get their chance to shine now.

Too bad Warrick Dunn doesn’t have the contract $ that Vick had, he would have done something GOOD with his money.

With Vick most likely to be gone, pretty bad. Sorry. If he stays who knows.

How they’ll do. Hmmm Ahhh like Vick last dog fight. Bottom of the cellar is the truth, nothin but a dog day in the sun.

The Atlanta Falcons will be the world champions (in dog fighthing). If you are asking how the Falcons will do as a football team, no playoffs. Boy Bobby, weren’t you smart for leaving The Ville.
