What should the Atlanta Falcons do to in the off season, drafts, staff, and etc?

I’m a Falcons fan and nothing has been the same without Vick. We need to forget the past and have a good off season, but what should we do? Who should we draft? Who should be our new HC and GM?

I live in wisconsin but i hate the packers and love the falcons so everybody hates me but anyways.
i want jim mora back he lead the falcons threw some decent seasons but more importantly i want MICHAEL VICK BACK!!!
HES MY FAVORITE FOOTBALL PLAYER!!!

FALCONS ROCK!!!
