The team that has the worst record in the NFC South for the last couple of years the next year win the NFC South. Matt Ryan is going to have play like a superstar I believe for the Falcons to compete in this division.

No of course they don’t. They have no offensive line, they have no defensive line, they have no linebacks (cept Brooking), they have no secondary, they have no special teams, they have no solid running game, they have no receivers (sorry Roddy White ain’t gonna cut it), and they really don’t have a QB yet. I think I just named every important aspect of the game as the Falcons have nothing. Sorry but the Falcons are one of the most miserable franchises in the NFL and they will continue to be for at least 3 more years.

Remember, Ryan, hasn’t played a down, in the NFL yet. I think that He will develop into a very good NFL quarterback but, not instantly. it took Eli Manning, 3 seasons and, Phillip Rivers, is still working on it.
I think that this year, the NFC SOUTH, belongs to CAROLINA. with, Delhomme back, Steve Smith, should revert to His old form and, they just re-aquired Mushin Muhammed.
I think they are still very early in their rebuilding phase. Their Defense took a hit loosing Hall and they lost their best TE. I really believe the Panthers are in the best position to win the NFC South this season.

I Matt Ryan does good and lead his team to about 5-7 wins in his rookie year, he has to, falcons paid him alot of money, but i don’t expect them to win the NFC South, at least like 3rd in their division.
No. They got rid of nearly everybody that had any talent. Of course most of their talented players were low-life a##holes, so that may actually be a plus. I think it’s going to be a contest between Matt Ryan and Jamarcus Russell for biggest recent bust as a QB.
no they need at least 2 years to bounce completely back from their loss and they still gotta bring their rookie QB up the NFL standards!
