OFFENSIVE LINES WINS CHAMPIONSHIPS NOT DEFENSE!! offensive lines win championships because if you have a sucky one,the quarterback wont have time to throw the ball,and the running back wont find holes to run through.you could have joe montana and jerry rice and 5 high school offensive lineman playing aganist lions(the worstest team in the nfl) and i guarrented you,montana will get sacked 12 times in that game and rice would be lucky to have 20 receiving yards.thank god they made the screen pass

from a falcons fan from the very beginning: worst coaches are plentiful to pick from. Pat Peppler, Petrino, Campbell, Hecker. Best would be Reeves or Bennett.

Coming from a serious falcon fan for about 5 years now (im 15), I am in aw this team is never givin credit they deserve. They were phenomenal then and besides the last year or 2they were the best rushing team in the nfl 4 3 years. do i even need to say anything about the 98 season. GO FALCONS

I ca’t agree with that one at all. The best Atlanta Falcon team would have to be the 1998 team. I mean look we had Dan (Hated it when they let him go) Reeves and Chris Chandler as a QB when we made it to the Superbowl. Even though I have alot of respect of the 77 team but the 77 team didn’t make it to the SB. Been a Falcons fan myself since 1975. who would you say our worst Falcons coach other than DA Petrino. I knew that wasn’t gonna work. Mine would be June Jones.

One can’t fault Atlanta for trading away Farve when they did because he was a drunk party boy in Atlanta who missed meetings all the time. Getting traded was the wake up call for Farve and the rest is history.

Funny they showed Brett Favre give Gaptooth the sack record shortly before they brought up Jerry Glanville…

Because Favre is the reason Glanville has not coached in the NFL since 1993, and the reason Glanville will never make the Pro Football Hall of Fame!

I’ll admit it. I never knew that.

In ‘79 I was watching the Rams barely make the playoffs (9-7) and then make it to the Super Bowl to face the Steelers.
