Yeah that was my draft strategy like 6 months before the draft. To get Dixon like in the 3rd round and Dorsey with the 1st pick. Didn’t know we would actually have the 3rd overall pick. Well we did, and they blew it IMO.

i was hoping they’d get woodson or dixon. ATL likes it’s speedy QBs. haha

I was still stunned when they didn’t draft Woodson in the 4th. Nothin wrong with givin Matt Ryan a bit of Competition froma young QB like him. Ah well.

that’s what they should’ve done! woodson or henne would’ve been just as well.

Draft Dorsey 3rd, Woodson with our 3rd pick in rd 2 and use the other 2 on O-Line and the TE from USC Fred Davis.

well put together. If they get Matt Ryan they’re doomed especially from a marketing standpoint. I do like the thought of them picking up Ellis and Woodson though. regardless of the past I think Atlanta fans would support a black quarterback again if it results in victories.Falcons are starting from scratch like an expansion team!

blalock’s good, but i still say o-line in the second round, and d-line in the first, i think philly want a first round pick for Lito, thats just stupid.

The Falcons drafted O line in the 2nd last year. thats what FA is for. it would take like 3 years for second round O linemen to have a big effect. and Blakely is gone if I’m not misinformed
I like Philips though

Redman for the starter. Glenn Dorsey as our first rounder, Blakeley can be a good tight end. use our two second round picks for the offensive line. and trade our third round compensatory pick for Lito Sheppard, and maybe another pick. but we should get Kenny Phillips as well some how.
